Something to mull over
Sometimes you read a paper and think “Hmm – maybe I need to look at what we’re doing”. One of those types of paper has just appeared in Clinical Infectious Diseases with regard to the potential risk that asymptomatic carriers of C. difficile present. Time to reflect on the “48 hrs of formed stools and out of isolation”? The abstract is here and a good commentary follows.
